It’s hard to imagine how surveilling transactions between two individuals without a warrant does not run afoul of the protections guaranteed by the Fourth Amendment.
I wish there were more Americans objecting to the government having access to so much information about how individuals choose to spend their money. Thank you for pointing out the potential for the 4th Amendment to prevent it from spreading to the digital asset world.
